SHIPPING QUESTIONS:

“When I will receive my order?”

Once you’ve placed your order, we will start processing your shipment. Your order is usually ready to ship the following business day. After your order has been shipped, it takes approx 2-3 business days to deliver within Spain Mainland. The Balearic Islands can take until approx 5 days, we do not send to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla
 
For all other European Union countries, delivery can take approx  3-7 business days. 
 
Shipments to Switzerland, Norway, Leichstein, the Channel Islands, and other special territories, can take approx 3-4 weeks and the customer is responsible for taxes and duties generated by Customs.

Shipments to the US  can take apprx. 3-4 business days 

For all other countries outside the EU please contact us.
 

“What does shipping cost?”

All shipping costs to EU destinations are on us, free of charge.

We offer a 24/48h express shipping for Europe only which has a cost of 35 euros. 

Shipping is free of charge on all US orders but customer is responsible for any taxes and duties that may be collected.

 

RETURN QUESTIONS:

“What is your return policy?”

We have a 14-day return policy from the day you receive your order, but returns are on you.  Just use the return slip at the bottom of your receipt (received by email when placing the order), select the reason of the return and put it inside the package.  Please, make sure package is well packed and you are all set.  Just pick the carrier you prefer, we highly recommend one where you can track the package to avoid any lost package and send it to:

Naturally, we expect you to return your shoes in the same condition you received them - unworn and unharmed. That way we can make sure that someone else gets to enjoy the pair you’ve returned. 

 

“When I will receive my refund?”

If your pair arrives in perfect condition, we start the reimbursement process immediately upon receiving your return parcel. Please allow 2-3 business days for return transfers to appear on your account. 

 

EXCHANGE QUESTIONS:

“How do I exchange a pair of shoes for another size/style?”

Easy: just return your unused pair to us within 14 days of purchase and order the size and style you want on a separate order.

We accept VISA, MASTER CARD, PAYPAL, GOOGLE PAY, AND APPLE PAY. Sorry, we currently do not support payment via invoice.
